Not working?
- Try using your web browser to email (see below). If you can send/receive email here, the problem is with your device, not the server/hosting.
- If it is a device problem, please Google the error message you are receiving when trying to setup your email. As devices differ from one to the other, we can’t troubleshoot individual device setups.
Access Email via Browser
If you would like to access your email in a normal web browser, eg Internet Explorer, Firefox etc. please type yourdomain.com.au/webmail and then login.
